PENTATONIX

Heeelllllloooooo!! Sorry it's been so long, school's been getting me down.

So, about the title. For all of those who know me, you should have expected that this post would come around sooner or later. The latter being true in this case.

For all of those who DON'T know me, I am probably one of the biggest Pentatonix fans in this area. Ask anyone who knows me. They are mentioned in almost every conversation. Almost.

Pentatonix consists of five members. Kirstin Maldonado, Kevin Olusola, Mitch Grassi, and Scott Hoying are four. Recently, the fifth member, Avriel Kaplan, left the band, and was replaced by Matt Sallee. They are a capella (duh) and have covered many a popular song. My favorites are Hallelujah (Leonard Cohen), Rather Be (Clean Bandit), Cheerleader (Omi), Problem (Ariana Grande), Can't Help Falling In Love (Elvis, duh), Let It Go (Frozen, another duh), Say Something (A Great Big World), Imagine (John Lennon), and many, many more. But they also write songs: Light in the Hallway, Stars, Standing By, Run to You, Take Me Home, Na Na Na, On My Way Home, New Year's Day, Sing, and again, many, many more. They've done several genres of music and are just all around awesome.

So I would encourage all of you to check their music out! They are easily my favorite band and a big part of my day to day life. If you hate it, don't tell me, because I WILL FIND YOU. Byyeee!!!!

  2. Lol! I love Pentatonix as well, especially the christmas songs. They're not my absolute favourite band.. but they are pretty good. Especially the nightcore remixes of their songs.
